Happy 2008 to everyone!

Camp this Christmas was incredibly fun! With 5 horses being used in every camp we can now accommodate more riders and even split our riders into beginner and advanced groups. This is a dream come true for a riding instructor, and is beneficial to each student’s learning experience at our 4 day and one day camps.

Remember any day that there is no school there is camp at Orchid Hill Stables! NEXT CAMP: January 21 (Martin Luther King Jr. Day), 8:30-3:30 student fee $75; includes lunch, snacks, and beverages.

Overnight TRAIL RIDE!! Ride is being scheduled for January 26 & 27 with riding both days! Rent a horse and tack for one day at $150 or both days for $225. Single day ride includes lunch on Saturday; single day ride on Sunday includes breakfast. Ride both days and both meals are included. For more information on camping please contact me as soon as possible so that I can reserve enough primitive camp sites.

Horse leasing is now available. This unique opportunity to ride a lesson horse every day of the month is being offered to all students who can confidently saddle and bridle a horse. Our fees for this program have been $300 per month with leasing available on a month to month basis. Lease a horse in January or February and the fee will be just $275 for one month!! This is including saddle and all essential tack for your riding! Call for details.
