Jack

Jack is super talented; he can surf, he can ride a horse, and has even ridden a motor cycle. Ok, so he had a little help from Miss Sarah, but the dog has character.

Fishing is his favorite sport, he has caught Flounder, loves Mackerel, tried to catch a Puffer once (not such a good idea). You could say he is a fan of sushi! Mr. Jack can swim all day long and one day we’d love to install a pool just for him!

Jill

Jill is a drama queen and definitely rules the roost of dogs here at Orchid Hill. She loves to swim and especially likes trying to dive on top of Jacks head from the side of the pool! Sun bathing is another favorite pastime of Miss Jill; she likes going to the beach to fish and sun bathe (just like Miss Sarah). You will almost always see Jill accompanying Miss Sarah in the pasture as she teaches students.

Each pup has been handled since birth and has been around children of all ages. They each enjoy being held and love to play with you too. I have not kept them in a crate since they can move around so they are used to running around the house and falling asleep on their blanket on my living room floor.

Brownie

Brownie is a male with white on his body and light brown over both eyes and ears. He loves everybody and will cry if he wants you to hold him, again Jacks are very smart! He loves to be held by even the smallest child, this could stem from my supplementing him with a bottle for a time when he was so tiny. He was the runt at birth, but seems to have caught up to everyone else now. He loves Purina Puppy Chow with a tablespoon of cottage cheese on it and soft chew toys.

Jack Jr.

Jack Jr. received his nick name for his extreme resemblance of his sire, Jack. He even has the same facial expressions and stance as Jack! Unlike Jack, Jack Jr. likes to be held and will lick your face and fall asleep in your arms. This guy likes sitting with me at the computer, like Jill. He is playful too and enjoys rawhide chew toys as well as soft toys. J.J. is our only puppy with a solid black face, on his cheeks is a little brindle coloring, like the coloring over Jill’s eye.

Chloe

Chloe is the plumpest of the pups and definitely the lazy quiet one. She will plop in your lap or take a nap with you at just 7 weeks of age! If she wakes you from your nap it is only to go potty. Her coat is extremely soft and her personality is much like Jill. She also has a black eye patch like Jill, but inherited two black spots on her body from Jack. She likes to play with soft toys and will chew a rawhide as she is teething.

Vicious

Vicious is our Warrior Princess and loves to play. She is not afraid of anything and is the first puppy to climb steps, walk on linoleum, explore under the bed, and venture into the barn. While she loves to be held and have her belly rubbed she will need lots of play time! This little girl is extremely smart and seems to think about things before she attempts them.

She has black over both eyes with white in the middle and a spot. There are a couple of very small black spots on her body, but her body is mainly white. Did I mention that she did not cry when getting a bath or having her toe nails trimmed!
