Camps

Horsemanship Day Camps run over all school breaks & can be set up for kids visiting from other cities too!

Our unique day camp program offers children ages 6-16 the opportunity to learn about horse health, nutrition, conformation, breeds, English and western riding; information that would take months of riding lessons. Games on horseback are the kids’ favorite at our camps!

If you know a young boy or girl interested in horses we can teach them all that is involved with owning, caring, and riding an equine.

We also play fun water balloon games, and other outdoor sports; so put on your sunscreen, bring a change of clothes and join the fun!

Cost includes lunch, snacks, drinks, and all riding equipment. All day camps begin at 8:30 A.M. and end at 3:30 P.M. Special arrangements can be made for campers needing to be dropped off early or picked up late.

1 camp (4 days) $350
2 or more camps $300
Orchid Hill Stables' students: $300 for 1 camp, and $250 for 2 or more camps! 
(You must pay $25 student registration fee and take a minimum of 4 riding lessons at Orchid Hill Stables to qualify for student discounts.)      

SUPER SUMMER SPECIAL: OHS students 4 camps for $900 (must be paid in full at time of first camp)     

Camps can be broken down into daily rates for folks only able to attend a couple of days. Daily rate $90, OHS students $75
